Currently we only provide the ability to contribute via incident reporting and location information from the phone. Any information that you provide (if you travel with your phone on, and enable location in the application and phone) will be automatically reflected within 4 minutes to other users of Sabka Traffic.

We highly recommend that you travel with the application turned on since this is the easiest and most effective way of sharing information.

Sabka traffic is a mobile application which can be used for finding out the traffic information related to the route you follow. Currently available for metros like delhi, mumbai etc the app feature an Android Client, BlackBerry 6 Client, windows mobile client and also is available online as an iGoogle Gadget. Its sad that its not available as a jar file. The app gives us traffic info by using gps or wi fi data. I think the interface is much like google maps street view though you get better views and minute details when you use the zoom in function. It also gives you list of hotels, rest places and pumps lining the way. It informs you whether the route you have decided upon is congested or not and offers suggestion from its rich data case. I would say its a must have.
